LiFePO4
LiFePO4 is the dominant Cell Chemistry in the market. Due to it safely relative to NMC for example, it has been widely adopted in the BESS and EV market.

Quality
The days of getting the lowest cell prices are over. In 2013, we paid $1.25 per Ah. Now, 10 years later, we can source bulk A Grade LFP cells directly from the factory for less than $0.35. Don’t sacrifice your battery quality just to save on cell prices; you don’t have to anymore.
South Africa has become a dumping ground for low-quality B-grade and C-grade cells. India has introduced BIS certification, so no cell can pass customs without it. Each cell must have its own BIS mark.

South Africa and many other countries in Africa still need to roll out policy in this regard. Until then, it is still a free-for-all for importers.
Cells bought from ZettaJoule, will always be A-Grade cells directly from the Factories. We can deliver full paper trail of imports, Serial numbers and Supporting documentation of the test results at the factory. If the supplier cannot give you that information before shipping, don't buy it.
